Project Mastery Program

The 6 months mastermind for you who want’s to develop your leadership skills to be able to take on any project while maintaining your freedom.

If you resonate with any of the below, this is for you.

I Created The Program That I WISH I Had When I Was Struggling As A Project Manager…

I’ve done the courses, read the literature, and met the project management organizations, the steering groups and the project owners and tried out different industries as a project manager.

What I’ve missed through all of it was a framework that dealt with the softer part of projects.

The things that actually mattered. Things that the military and coaching society had pieces of.

So here it is, a program that lets you grow more than what your organization can ever offer you:

What you'll get

60 min Onboarding Call

We meet to both get you started on the set-up, and also to map out your objectives and expectations with the Project Mastery Program.

Bi-weekly 30 min 1:1

You get personal coaching every second week during the program. Just find a suitable spot in the calendar and book.

Design support for communication

Do you have a big upcoming presentation or need to send a report to clients or C-level? Let’s make that a good one.

Lessons each week

Each week you’ll get an email with a link to the lesson and related material. You can do them at your own pace and integrate into your daily work.

Summary coaching log

Keep track of your progress and thoughts with your coaching log. You’ll experience a great before and after picture.

Closed Community

With the program comes a closed community that connects you with like-minded project managers.

A diploma

Time to celebrate and of course you'll get a diploma stating the key learning points from the program and time spent. To show off and a reminder to your wall.

How it works

Book a call with me for a meet & greet. It’s important for both you and me that we feel it’s a good match and it’s good opportunity to meet! Once in the program. You’re going to receive a welcome letter and the material to our first on boarding meeting. For your own preparation – there’ll be some pre-questions to reflect about. After that it’s just to show up to our first session and we’re off!

It’s 6 months of work, insights and fun!

1

Where are you?

No direction is good if you don't know where you are. We'll start with identifying what kind of project you are in, who's it for, what team do you got, what is a success or a failure, and finally, we'll create that elevator pitch for your project. This first phase will provide a unique clarity of your project that will guide the rest of your program.

2

Who are you?

Now when you know your environment, it's time to assess your positioning as project manager. We'll identify your personal values, qualities and leadership style. We'll also look at hierarchy structures and different personas under stress.

3

Communicate, communicate, communicate

It's not about location. For us it's about communication. It's the one thing that gets the most critique post projects. In this phase we'll focus on illustrating your projects objectives and processes. Then we'll look at the hour glass technique for communication in projects.

4

Strengthen stakeholder relationships

We've reached a point where we know in what environment to operate, we know ourselves and how to communicate with other people on the map. Now let's build those relationships as strong as we can: Cone of thrust, who's who at the party and stairs of change are our topics.

5

Crisis management

Usually not everything goes as planned. Not to worry. We'll go through how to manage fears, definition of a crisis, what to do when you're stuck or it's a full down meltdown. We'll also look at what to do when a team member aren't delivering as promised.

Yes, they will and they will be saved as future lessons as replays in the program portal.

We take great effort into making sure that we are a great match before you sign up and we accept you into the program. It’s not possible to get a refund, since from the start you’ve got access to all parts of our service and it’s therefore used.

Most companies have a development plan for their employees. Just ask if you might spend your part it on a course you found.

Invoice, receipt with VAT number will of course be sent from our company No Mad Insight AB.

Yes! We’ll use your current project as base to get a reality anchor. But the strategies and thinking will serve you for the rest of your project management career.

That’s ok. You probably have previous projects you can pick as example. Or are planning a private project of some sort (trip, christmas gathering, renovation etc.)

The important part is that you have some sort of project to apply the strategies and thinking to.

Depends. You will need some sort of project to get the most out of it. Otherwise, it’ll be theory without actions and reality.

If you don’t have professional ones yet, then you’ll need a private project (e g trip, Christmas gathering, renovation etc.).

We will not cover basic terminology and differ basic project management methodologies. These are things we assume you know about.

Yes of course. 🙂

Apart from the piece of paper of successfully finishing the program – you’ll also get:

  • a full workbook with the strategies and frameworks, to use in future projects.
  • a new network to socialize with, in your future career.

The purpose of this program is to provide you with short term benefits in your current projects and long term effects in your role as project manager.

If it’s to much in going on in your life, we’ll sort it out so you can attend at a later time, but probably we have captured this already at our initial call before start.

The purpose of this program is to provide you with short term benefits in your current projects and long term effects in your role as project manager.

It’s a in person experience where we grow and get insights on real time problems.

We will not cover basic project management terminology, or try to teach a standard methodology that can’t be applied in your company and reality.

This is about you. And your role as a leader trying to navigate in the complex surroundings of projects. It’s about reality and not theory.
