The Project Mastery Framework™ is my structured, yet flexible approach I created to bring order, confidence, and ease to my work. Developed out of necessity during some of my most challenging projects, it combines all of my experience as a project manager, military instructor and leadership coach.

Yes! We’ll use your current project as base to get a reality anchor. But the strategies and thinking will serve you for the rest of your project management career.

That’s ok. You probably have previous projects you can pick as example. Or are planning a private project of some sort (trip, christmas gathering, renovation etc.)

The important part is that you have some sort of project to apply the strategies and thinking to. 

Depends. You will need some sort of project to get the most out of it. Otherwise, it’ll be theory without actions and reality.

We will not cover basic terminology and differ basic project management methodologies. These are things we assume you know about.
